Refund Policy
In the situation that a refund is requested, the customer is required to provide a valid reason for the refund. For instance, if you ask for a refund after the appointment, one will not be given as the photographer on site is required to show you the photos before you leave to ensure you are satisfied with your service. A refund must be requested within a 48-hour timeframe, since photos are expected to be edited (if necessary) and sent within a 72-hour period. However, in the scenario where your photos are delayed and have not been sent to within a 72-hour timeframe, a partial refund will be available for request.

No refunds will be given for the following reasons: tardiness of the customer, disrespectful attitudes or behaviors, disapproval of pictures after appointment, last-minute cancellations from the customer (cancellations must take place 48- hours before appointment), and no-say no-shows (not showing up, without proper communication)

Partial refunds or discounts will be given for the following reasons: tardiness of the photographer, disapproval of the pictures during the appointment (if disapproval is expressed, photos will not be sent out), and disrespectful behavior from the photographer.

Full refunds will be given for the following reasons: Cancellation from the photographer, and last-minute rescheduling of the photographer
