Usage and Discrimination
This website is open to all users, of all ages. No discrimination is tolerated from the photographer, nor the customer. Any disrespect from the photographer leads to a refund of 50% of the appointment, if the customer wishes to continue. In the scenario the customer does not wish to continue, a full refund is issued. However, any disrespect from the customer can lead to a cancellation of the appointment without a refund, or a fee of convenience. During all appointments, the customers are asked to refrain from any vulgar and aggressive language towards the photographer.
Payment and Booking
As you book your appointments, you are asked to remain aware that all payments can be made either in person or online. Online payments are preferred to prevent any confusions, or frustrations, on the day of the appointment. Online payment methods include, but are not limited to, credit, debit, apple pay, google pay, etc. Any, and all, in-person payments must be paid before the photography session can start; This is preventing any scams that may occur. If a customer attempts to scam the photographer, all future appointments will be blocked, with zero chance of being redeemed, as trust has been broken during the first appointment.

Copyrights
For future discretion, ALL photos are liable for usage on social media and websites platforms. IF you do not want your photos to be displayed without your permission, the customer is required to inform the photographer while booking the appointment. For further security, it is highly recommended to email the photographer as well to ensure that your wishes will be met. All photos posted on any online platforms, concerning this establishment, will have a watermark to prevent the confusion of who took the photos.

What Leads to Future Appointment Being Cancelled?
If you are informed of all your future appointments being cancelled, here are the possible reasons below:

A Recurring pattern of not showing up for the appointment, without proper communication

The attempt of scamming the photographer

The repeated use of Vulgar and Aggressive language

Negative Speech or False Rumors concerning the establishment

Future Changes
Any changes made to the website's platform, will be performed after a 2-day discretion period on all social media platforms. These changes may include:

A difference in color scheme

An adjustment in prices

An update to one, or all, policies

A change in the booking schedule

Or an update in the website's system
