As you book your appointment, your information such as addresses, emails, payment information, and phone numbers will be collected. This information is strictly for photography purposes only, meaning the information you provide will be mainly used by the photographer.  This allows for the Photographer to reach out to you for any clarification necessary concerning your appointment. At the same time, the addresses you input into the system allows for the photographer to search and find a location that is reasonable for both the customer and the photographer and photography staff, since there is no singular location every single photography session. Any information collected will/can be shared with our third-party providers to ensure a safe and legal record of our website and interactions within our website. Any information you provide is taken as automatic consent, allowing for the usage as stated previously.

During your photography sessions, the majority of the conversations held with your photographer stay with your photographer, unless the interactions require the photographer to take legal action. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for both the customer and the photographer(s) on site.

Lastly, unless it is explicitly stated and/or documented otherwise, ALL photos taken during the photography session are open to possible usage on social media platforms, including our website, for advertising purposes. The photos taken and shared allow for the promotion and advertisement of the photographer's talent. If you have no desire for your photos to be used for such purposes, we ask that you include that information when booking for your appointments.
